All participants are required to raise at least $1,000.00 by 9/1/2010. Riders must remit their first $300.00 in sponsor funds with application no later then 5/14/2010.

The Tour de Force is a not for profit 501(c)3 organization that raises money for the families of police officers killed in the line of duty. Tax ID # is available upon request.

In consideration of my accepting this application, I herby for my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and absolve any and officers, organizers, volunteers, members, participants, the NYPD and the Tour de Force from and against any negligence, fault, blame or liability, fir any injury, harm, misadventure, loss or damage to myself or my equipment, suffered as a result of my participation in this event. I further understand that helmets are required worn and any injury by the ommittance of a safty-approved helmet is strictly my fault and I consider myself duly warned. I also certify that I am in good physical condition and I am able to handle the rigors of this ride. I also agree to train for this event and keep myself hydrated during all stages of the ride. I understand that this ride will not be cancelled due to weather. Submitting this application constitutes agreement with and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
